Geezify Reporting & Appeals Policy

Geezify provides tools for reporting harmful behavior, inappropriate content, or violations of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. This policy explains how reports are reviewed and how users may appeal moderation decisions.
1. Reporting Violations
Users may report:
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Fraud, scams, or impersonation
- Explicit or harmful content
- Spam or malicious behavior
- Copyright violations
- Fake pages, fake profiles, or abusive activity
Reports can be submitted using:
- The in-platform reporting tools
- Email to: [email protected]
2. Review Process
After receiving a report:
- The moderation team reviews the content
- Additional context may be evaluated
- Action is determined based on policies
Possible actions:
- No action
- Warning
- Content removal
- Feature restriction
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account removal
3. Appeals Process
If you believe moderation action was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing:

Include:
- Your account email
- The action taken
- Why you believe the decision was incorrect
Geezify will review appeals; however, repeated or abusive appeals may be rejected.
All moderation decisions are final after the appeal is completed.
4. False Reports
Submitting false, abusive, or malicious reports may result in account restrictions.
